RATIONS USAGE: Each member of the crew consumes 1/2 gallon of water and 1 ration of food per "game" day while at sea (a game day is a day reported, days that are not reported don't count). GAME DAY 8/29: The iofthetigers set sail in the Venator de Leo, abbreviated hereafter as Venator. Under the helm of Captain John, they set course for 45û NE. Meanwhile, the maclions set sail in The Pride of the MacLions, abbreviated hereafter as POM. There was initial confusion, and the ship ran idle as the tribe attempted to choose a captain. GAME DAY 8/30: The Venator arrived in Dante after a 100 mile journey. Dante is an oblong shaped island, filled with grassy hills and rolling landscapes. The longest stretch of the island runs from east to west at a distance of 60 miles. Dante resources are not made public; only visitors may learn of them. Under the helm of Captain Mark, the POM finally set sail, due east towards the island of Duveaux. As the sun set, the POM first mate yelled out "Land Ho!" The island appears as a giant harbor, with the island curving around them as they proceed towards the Port of Duveaux. The crew of the POM expect to embark on Duveaux the following morning, completing a 70 mile journey. Consumption and island resource reports will be emailed separately to each tribe. In addition to needing livestock, they also need urathane for finishing the desks. In the center of Mink is a mountain range currently being mined. Mink offers desks and diamonds. Venator: Five chickens have been traded for 1 oz of diamonds. POM: Completing your original barter action, you are offering 50 lbs of salt for silver. Duveaux trades 2 ozs of silver for 50 lbs of salt. Subject: Island Rush GAME DAY 9/3 Status: GAME DAY 9/3: The Venator set sail southeast, and arrived at the island of Sabo after a 25 mile journey.
